Running Music & Pinterest Fitness Inspiration

Pin It Print Friendly and PDF The intensity and duration of my run is often determined by my playlist.  Obviously, the type of song is really important... but I also have to change it up a lot because even a great running song gets old after enough mileage.  Here's what I've got goin' right now...

Are you wondering what Pinterest is?  It's pretty much an internet bulletin board where users (or "curators") have the ability to "pin" certain photos on their "boards." It's part of my coffee-drinking routine...  Seriously you should trust me and start doing it.  You will thank me later.  Promise.
