Are you ready for the game?

Here's the thing about me. I don't know all that much about football. It's not my favorite sport. I had to google who was playing in the game. BUT I love Superbowl parties. Why? Because it's a party! 

Everyone brings a new dip or new food of choice. There's always abundant beer. It's like a total excuse to enjoy life.

So what are you making? Don't know yet? No problem! Here are my "brother tested, boyfriend approved" recipes for Game Day!

Oreo Balls... I have never gotten more compliments in my life.

Chopped Salad... with Chicken and Ditalini pasta, this could be an entire main course!

Sweet Pumpkin Fries... with homemade honey mustard sauce.

Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies... made with Chickpeas.

Spicy Pumpkin Fries... with curry and salt.

  2. The Eggplant Nachos look AMAZING! It is much harder to have a good snack that is healthy so I really appreciate it when I find those recipes.

    It is hard to be good when eating out or going to a party.
