Nutrition: Define Goals & Get Organized
Define Your Nutritional Goals:
Read my nutritional guidelines and check out the (FREE) Calorie Counter to define your nutrition goals. Based on your personal situation and physical condition, determine what caloric intake would best benefit you.- Moderation is key! Make sure to aim for a gradual, steady progression. If you're trying to lose 15 pounds in 1 week, your calorie intake will be so low that it will not only increase the likelihood of injury but will also increase the likelihood that you will become discouraged and fail.

See below for specific examples! Not only will this help you stay on track, but it will also help you avoid procrastination due to "trying to decide which workout to do" or an "impromptu skip day." I've checked around and found the best available prices on these items through Amazon (I wouldn't suggest eBay because there are many pirated or fake copies of these DVDs out there and Amazon does a better job of avoiding that). Check it out here. - YogaTailor - Build your own yoga workout
